This is a peak day for astro-magic and so we want to get out the big guns. The rite uses a “silver sovereign” – as a focal point. This should be a silver coin that, preferably, contains actual silver. While you could get yourself a new limited edition official British Silver Sovereign coin (which I honestly didn’t know existed until I was doing research for this rite and is kind of a badass synch) you can also grab a Silver American Eagle or Morgan Dollar coin (found at coin shops for under $50) or an old silver dime ($3 ish) or in a pinch, a modern “silver” dollar.
