On this day, the Sun enters the third decan of Taurus, the Moon is in Libra having just conjoined Spica (in the morning) and the day is for “seeing spirits and subjugating them.” The decan, in particular, makes this a well-aligned day for risk management and so I thought, why not a banishing spell?
