This is the New Moon in Leo, empowered by Jupiter on His day. The rite is an invocation to Helios, based on two PGM rites. Note, as usual with PGM rites “NN” is your own name, formal and complete. Make or obtain some kind of edible solar food or drink (or both) that you will have Helios bless and then share with Him as part of the rite. This can be any combination of traditional astrologically solar foods and herbs such as citrus (orange, lemon), cinnamon, egg yolks, sunflower, ginger, saffron, honey, peaches, corn, cardamom, clove, lavender, marjoram, rosemary, sage, thyme, and chamomile (associated with the sun and the moon).
