If you’ve been doing my monthly rites, you’ll know that I often rely on objects to anchor the rite (stones, coins, etc.) because it’s a very useful way of bringing your magic into the real world where the effects typically occur. But the concept of the Mandate of Heaven and blessings of the Gods comes from a more person-centered place. Your thoughts, beliefs, and actions as a sovereign in your life (a King or Queen over your own tiny little sphere) is what generates the blessings. In what’s becoming typical for me, a strange confluence of events occurred, just in time for me to roll this rite out to all of you.
