The Venture Incubation Arc
– Desire to Done: A Nine-Month Business Incubation for Sustainable Ventures –
This is something I’m opening at a very particular moment, for a very particular kind of person. If you’ve been circling an idea, a project, or a venture for a long time – not casually, but seriously – this may be just the right season to manifest it into the world.
The Venture Incubation Arc is a nine-month (41-week), small-group container for people who want to bring a business venture into the world without rushing, posturing, or burning themselves out. It’s not loud. It’s not fast. It’s designed to be held alongside your real life.
Most people don’t need more ideas. They don’t need more inspiration, vision boards, or content. They need time that is structured well, accountability that doesn’t collapse under fear or doubt, and a pace that allows something real to grow. That’s what this container is for.
This is not a course. It’s not a membership tier. It’s not a library of material you consume (and then ignore). The Venture Incubation Arc is a process you move through, with support, over time. The focus is not on optimization or scale, but on finishing what you start and on bringing something into the world that can actually be sustained.
The work will unfold seasonally, but you don’t need to work with astrology yourself for this to be a fit. It’s used here as a timing and structuring tool, not a belief system.
Seed: January 18 (New Moon in Capricorn) through the Spring Equinox.
We begin by clarifying values, naming constraints, and choosing what is genuinely worth building. The Spring Equinox seed-planting rite will start your venture growing strong, and soon. This is where many people stall and spin, disappearing into branding rabbit holes or spiraling around too many options and details. The container is designed to bring clarity of purpose and alignment with your values, your vision, and your heart’s desire.
Sun: Spring Equinox through the Summer Solstice.
This is where the work meets the world: an alpha launch, early audience connection, and learning to be visible without distortion. You will soft-launch your business by mid-April – on what I believe to be the most auspicious practical magic day of 2026 – and by the Solstice you will be doing magic to shine your light widely into the world.
Prune: Summer Solstice through the Fall Equinox.
This is a period of listening, refinement, and course correction: strengthening the venture by removing what doesn’t serve it, or us. We need to be agile and flexible, and so does our venture. We’ll use a regular process for absorbing and responding to feedback, understanding our network, and refining our offerings. We will be opening lines of communication and doing enchanted forecasting.
Sustain: Fall Equinox through October 25 (New Moon in Taurus).
This final phase focuses on rhythm, systems, and continuity, so the work can keep going after the container ends. By this point you will have incubated something real into the world and we will explore the tools and process to continue your good work with consistency, capacity, and integrity. This is how you grow something that lasts.
By the end of the Venture Incubation Arc, you will have a real offer live, will have made contact with the people it’s meant for, and will have attempted to exchange value in the real world. There is no promise of profit or specific financial outcomes, only the commitment that the work becomes real.
This container is for people who are ready to commit to something over time, who value sustainability over speed, and who want accountability rather than motivation. It may not be a fit if you’re looking for shortcuts, passive income strategies, or something that can be completed without showing up or putting in the work.
The Venture Incubation Arc runs from January 18 through October 25, 2026. It’s held in a small group with weekly live sessions and guided thresholds. Cohort size is intentionally limited, and application is required.
Investment: $450 per month for 10 months
First payment due at enrollment; subsequent payments on the 1st of each month.
For the founding cohort, participants may be offered a reduced rate (typically in the $300–$399 range) in exchange for flexibility and feedback.
If this feels like the right work for the season you’re in, you’re welcome to apply.
A note on applying: This is a small, hand-reviewed container. I read every application myself and will reach out personally with a response. If it feels aligned on both sides, we can schedule a brief call to talk through details.
