The Venture Incubation Arc

– Desire to Done –

A Nine-Month Business Incubation for Sustainable Ventures

New Cohort Starting Summer Solstice 2026

This is your invitation to join a group building real businesses for the better world our hearts know is possible.

I’m going to help you hone your idea, launch it quickly, and stay on track while you build and grow it. In fact, we’re going to help each other and we’re going to do it without burning out or selling out.

The first cohort of the Arc is nearing the halfway mark and I’ve learned some important things about running this kind of group…

1 The power of a small group working together is greater than the sum of its parts

The joint support, accountability, and collective magical energy is so good! One of my core values is Connection. I truly believe that all things are stronger in relation. So to see this principle in action in the world, among people doing the work? It’s incredible. Also, we are learning and growing together. Creativity – the ability to create in the world, requires that we always be curious and keep learning. The Arc is a perfect container for creation and we are sharing so much of this between us.

2 The motivation and accountability means you hit the ground running

I’ve adjusted the schedule for the second cohort, based on the astrology and time of year, but also based on how efficient and effective the first Arc has been and how important the smart culling of ideas is right at the start. This isn’t a fixed system that I force on people, it’s something that we create together – based on my experience and toolkit, yes, but more importantly based on the needs of the group. Having the right group is important though and I want to continue to honor that.

3 This has been the most fun ever – for all of us!

That’s why I want MORE. I think we can easily open this to a slightly larger group — still a curated cohort, and not a large one, but some expansion of collaborative energy. Which impacts the price in a beneficial way so that more people can get their ventures incubated and learn and grow from each other. That’s why I’m launching a second cohort of the Venture Arc this year.

It’s still a very particular offering for particular kind of person. It’s still by application and if I don’t get the right group, then I will wait until I do. If you’ve been circling an idea, a project, or a venture for a long time — not casually, but seriously — this may be just the right moment to manifest it into the world.

? What is this thing ?

The Venture Incubation Arc is a nine-month (40-week), small-group container for people who want to bring a business venture into the world without rushing, posturing, or burning themselves out. It’s not loud, or fast, or flippant about your dreams (hustle hard kid!). It’s designed to be held alongside your real life.

Most people don’t need more ideas. They don’t need more inspiration, vision boards, or content. They need time that is structured well, accountability that doesn’t collapse under fear or doubt, and a pace that allows something real to grow. That’s what this container is for.

This is not a course. It’s not a membership tier. It’s not a library of material you consume (and then ignore). The Venture Incubation Arc is a process you move through, with support, over time. The focus is not on optimization or scale, but on finishing what you start and on bringing something into the world that can actually be sustained.

The work will unfold seasonally, but you don’t need to work with astrology yourself for this to be a fit. It’s used here as a timing and structuring tool, not a belief system.

The Arc also includes:

  • Free access to The Inner Circle, Planning Membership for the duration of the Arc ($405 value) – the magical planner, all the courses, the monthly rituals, everything my planning members get (and if you are already a planning member, your Arc price will be reduced accordingly)
  • 20% off a custom-designed basic website for your venture from my1daywebsite.com ($100 value) – yes, you can have a basic website from a professional designer in a day

Phases of the Arc

Forge: Summer Solstice (June 22) through the Fall Equinox (Sept 22)

We begin by clarifying values, naming constraints, and choosing what is genuinely worth building. This is a process of saying ‘no’ as much as it is saying yes. It’s a time for identifying experiments and ruthlessly pruning whatever doesn’t fit. This is where many people stall and spin, disappearing into branding rabbit holes or spiraling around too many options and details. The container is designed to bring clarity of purpose and alignment with your values, your vision, and your heart’s desire. We will alpha launch in early August and begin sharing our work in early September.

Attune: Fall Equinox (Sept 22) through the Winter Solstice (Dec 22)

This is a period of listening, refinement, and course correction: strengthening the venture by removing what doesn’t serve it, or us. We will be working to connect with our people, understand them, and adjust to their needs, growing through service. We need to be agile and flexible, and so does our venture. We’ll use a regular process for absorbing and responding to feedback, understanding our network, and refining our offerings. We will be opening lines of communication and doing enchanted forecasting.

Root: Winter Solstice (Dec 22) through the Spring Equinox (Mar 22)

This final phase focuses on the continuing process of nurturing rhythm, systems, and continuity, so the work can keep growing after the container ends. By this point you will have incubated something real into the world and we will explore the tools and process to continue your good work with consistency, capacity, and integrity. This is how you grow something that lasts.

By the end of the Venture Incubation Arc, you will have the right offer live, will have made contact with the people it’s meant for, and will have attempted to exchange value in the real world.

? Who is this for ?

This container is for people who are ready to commit to something over time, who value sustainability over speed, and who want accountability rather than motivation. It may not be a fit if you’re looking for shortcuts, passive income strategies, or something that can be completed without showing up or putting in the work.

The Venture Incubation Arc runs from June 22, 2026 through March 22, 2027. It’s held in a small group with weekly live sessions and guided thresholds. For those inspired, we will have intention and manifestation practices for enchanting your venture.

Cohort size is intentionally limited, and application is required.

Investment: $250 per month for 10 months
First payment due at enrollment; subsequent payments on the 22nd of each month (June through February).

If this feels like the right work for the season you’re in, you’re encouraged to apply.

A note on applying: This is a small, hand-reviewed container. I read every application myself and will reach out personally with a response. If it feels aligned on both sides, we can schedule a brief call to talk through details.

I spent more than a decade spinning my wheels on business ideas, picking them up and putting them down, getting close enough to see the shape of something and then losing the momentum again. The Venture Incubation Arc is the container that broke that loop.

My primary business is actually off the ground, and I have 2 others finding their roads to reality on their own timelines.

The Arc is far more than a course, it’s a collaborative effort where everyone brings their strengths and builds each other up, helping each other see what we might have missed in our own work. People in my cohort have caught things I couldn’t see for myself, and I’ve done the same for them, and that kind of back-and-forth has moved me further than any curriculum could have on its own.

We’ve also held each other through the absolute chaos of the current astrology and the individual life changes that come with it, watching things shift for each other in different but strangely parallel ways.

It’s been the most generative and supportive work I’ve been part of in years, and Ivy’s the one who built the structure that made any of it materialize from concept spinning in my head to fully realized business in a sane and magical way.

The Circle Thrice Arc has been the container I needed to help me navigate a time of immense transition, and I am so grateful to be working with Ivy and the rest of this amazing cohort to make the most of these opportunities.

The weekly check-ins provide just the right amount of support to keep momentum and also have spots of rest to digest all the changes. I’ve formed deeper relationships with guides and goddesses, started not one but two businesses, bought land and begun the development for our homestead and market garden, and we’re only half way through the Arc!

This work has helped me move more meaningfully towards my dreams than any other time in my life, and I am so excited to see what has unfolded by the end. Ivy is the real deal, and I am learning and experiencing so much magic every day. 10/10

Working with Ivy has been transformational for my business and my life… Ivy has helped to give me a strong overarching view of my business and where I want it to go, what gaps I have, and what I need to do to progress.

I loved the idea of working with a project management consultant who also understands magic. I was really excited to get advice on how to improve my business results. Thanks to her accurate advice I have more client bookings already!
