The Venture Incubation Arc

– Desire to Done –

Your venture, launched and running. Finally!

New Cohort Starting Summer 2026

This is your invitation to join our group, building and enchanting real businesses for the better world our hearts know is possible.

I’m going to help you hone your idea, launch it quickly, and stay on track while you build and grow it. In fact, we’re going to help each other and we’re going to do it without burning out or selling out.

The goal: your venture manifested, launched and running, by November.

Introduction

The Venture Incubation Arc is a 20-week, small-group live cohort for people who want to bring a business venture into the world without rushing, posturing, or burning themselves out. It’s not loud, or fast, or flippant about your dreams (hustle hard kid!). It’s designed to be held alongside your real life.

The Process

During our 20 weeks, we will be going through three phases, in time with seasonal calendar, that make up the Arc model.

Forge: Summer

The average person stalls before they even start, getting derailed away from their purpose. They spin, disappearing into branding rabbit holes or spiraling around too many options and details. You don’t need more ideas, more research, more wasted hours.

That’s the road to never starting anything at all!

Instead, we begin by clarifying values, naming constraints, and choosing what is genuinely worth building. We don’t get stuck on the details, but focus on your core porpose and primary offer.

Goal: Alpha launch your venture in only seven weeks.

More Details: The forge is a process of saying ‘no’ as much as it is saying yes. It’s a time for identifying experiments and ruthlessly pruning whatever doesn’t fit. The container is designed to bring clarity of purpose and alignment with your values, your vision, and your heart’s desire. Using techniques from my Circle Method, we will be going through the process of digging deeply, while at the same time moving forward with real, practical progress. We will prioritize ruthlessly and will never let perfect be the blocker to getting shit done.

Attune: Autumn

There’s a risk that, when you finally make and act on your plan you get too attached to it. You loose flexibility and don’t change what’s not working.

But this rigidity keeps us from finding our path.

Instead, we listen, refine, and course correct: strengthening the venture by removing what doesn’t serve it, or us. We will find our people, connect with them, work to understand their needs, and adjust to meet them – growing through service.

Goal: Your first connections = your first calibration: getting real feedback and a plan for using that feedback to make your venture stronger.

More Details: Launching your venture is only the first step. Now you need to connect your work to the world. This is about caring and connecting, deeply and with integrity. We will create smart, magic goals to define and reach our targets and will use the information we gather to adjust course.

Cycle: Late Autumn into Winter

Our final phase focuses on the continuing process of nurturing rhythm, flexibility, and continuity, so the work can keep growing along with you.

By this point you will have incubated something real into the world and connected it to the people it is right for. We will learn the Cycle Mapping process needed to continue your good work with consistency, capacity, and integrity. We need to be agile and flexible, and so does our venture. We’ll use a regular process for absorbing and responding to feedback, understanding our network, and refining our offerings. We will be opening lines of communication and doing enchanted forecasting. This is how you grow something sustainable that lasts.

Goal: By the end of the Venture Incubation Arc, you will have the right offer live, will have made contact with the people it’s meant for, and will have a process in place to keep your momentum going.

Here’s What People are Saying…

I spent more than a decade spinning my wheels on business ideas, picking them up and putting them down, getting close enough to see the shape of something and then losing the momentum again. The Venture Incubation Arc is the container that broke that loop.

My primary business is actually off the ground, and I have 2 others finding their roads to reality on their own timelines.

The Arc is far more than a course, it’s a collaborative effort where everyone brings their strengths and builds each other up, helping each other see what we might have missed in our own work. People in my cohort have caught things I couldn’t see for myself, and I’ve done the same for them, and that kind of back-and-forth has moved me further than any curriculum could have on its own.

We’ve also held each other through the absolute chaos of the current astrology and the individual life changes that come with it, watching things shift for each other in different but strangely parallel ways.

It’s been the most generative and supportive work I’ve been part of in years, and Ivy’s the one who built the structure that made any of it materialize from concept spinning in my head to fully realized business in a sane and magical way.

The Circle Thrice Arc has been the container I needed to help me navigate a time of immense transition, and I am so grateful to be working with Ivy and the rest of this amazing cohort to make the most of these opportunities.

The weekly check-ins provide just the right amount of support to keep momentum and also have spots of rest to digest all the changes. I’ve formed deeper relationships with guides and goddesses, started not one but two businesses, bought land and begun the development for our homestead and market garden, and we’re only half way through the Arc!

This work has helped me move more meaningfully towards my dreams than any other time in my life, and I am so excited to see what has unfolded by the end. Ivy is the real deal, and I am learning and experiencing so much magic every day. 10/10

Working with Ivy really got my butt into gear. Getting hard deadlines from the astro timing project management witch queen herself is invaluable. I actually launched something HUGE, which I had never been able to do before. I always had a hard time sustaining the energy. This container really got me to get my hands dirty and get to work and try and learn. All the while I was cheered on by Ivy and the folks in my cohort, and I was doing magic!! This was a perfect living experience of Ivy’s core practice of plan better, do more magic, get shit DONE, and I am so much more powerful because of it.

Working with Ivy has been transformational for my business and life.

I run a TV production company, and have had some success over the last few years, but I was looking to take things to the next level. Ivy has helped to bring order, focus, and momentum – things that, as a creative, sometimes don’t come too easily. Ivy has helped to give me a strong overarching view of my business and where I want it to go, what gaps I have, and what I need to do to progress. At the same time, Ivy’s system makes it easy to switch between big, strategic views and smaller tasks easily.

If I were only working with Ivy as a planning consultant for my business, it would be worth it for her expertise in that area alone, but other personal life areas have become easier too – with demarcations dissolving, and flow between work and life tasks becoming easier. I think Ivy’s system is inspired because it brings everything together in a holistic way, and the longer I work with her, the more I see how everything clicks together.

When you add enchantment to this, it is an irresistible combination, and Ivy is an expert guide. After years of reading lots of books and taking lots of courses, for the first time I am feeling more and more confident and comfortable with what I am doing. Because enchantment work is baked into the business and life goals, and everything complementarily circles round, it is easy to build a consistent and meaningful practice.

Under Ivy’s expert eye, I have managed to not only launch my business, but I’m gaining clients, and I’m gaining a deeper understanding of how the esoteric and mundane aspects of business beautifully come together. Using her monthly magical diary I have been able to plan out my magic, alongside my business, and it 100% works. I have the results to prove it.  Ivy cuts to the chase, but with humour and so much information and advice.

Ivy’s low-pressure, pragmatic approach was just the help I needed to untangle my ideas and goals and get to work bringing them to life. Her magical coaching and planners also gave me the tools to better integrate my magic with these efforts in a refreshingly clear, realistic way, and her generosity of time and advice in our coaching sessions has helped me truly deepen my practice.

Visionary and effective! Through working with Ivy I have been able to ramp up my good habits, apply magical workings to large goals, understand my personal vision/mission/purpose… If you get a chance to work with Ivy, do not hesitate. Whether you’re an agnostic exec or an airy-fairy artist, Ivy’s ability to lovingly cut through the bullshit and give actionable (yet magical) tools will absolutely propel you to do that thing that you need to get done.

Efficient and strategic! I decided to work with Ivy because I was inspired by her unique combo of project management, strategy, magic and analytical thinking… She was able to look at our challenge and distill down some salient points for us to consider in a very short time. Recommended.

Valuable! I’ve been impressed with Ivy’s professionalism, her easy competence, and her ability to offer advice that resonated with me on multiple levels at the same time.  She elegantly weds an esoteric practice and sensibility with a thorough understanding of the mundane magic of organization and project management.

Ivy’s course introduced me to the subtleties of setting and achieving goals. I especially valued the methods Ivy offered that assist in actually forming goals when they appear nebulous, with no clear path forward. Her magical advice enhanced the lessons, opening roads for intuition and allies to assist. Ivy’s teaching style is imbued with clarity and humor.

Colleen

Ivy’s rare and potent combination of being an adept magician plus an accomplished project manager was exactly the wise-as-hell & get-shit-done kick in the pants I needed. Ivy is compassionate and kind while also keeping our sessions directed, focused, and extremely productive. I’ve also been incredibly nourished by our magical consult sessions. I consider Ivy one of my most trusted “magical mentors.” I value our relationship immensely.

Focused, actionable, and goal-oriented —  I was impressed with Ivy’s knowledge, pragmatism, and communication skills. The biggest result was her focus on how my esoteric skills can help my business goals.

I loved the idea of working with a project management consultant who also understands magic. I was really excited to get advice on how to improve my business results. Ivy’s approach to problem solving was very helpful and professional. I was impressed with the scope of our consulting session and Ivy’s ability to pinpoint the exact issue and prescribe specific solutions. Thanks to her accurate advice I have more client bookings already! Ivy is honest and builds trust and I recommend her services.

Summary

This is not a course. It’s not a membership tier. It’s not a library of material you consume (and then ignore).

The Venture Incubation Arc is a process you move through, with support, over time. The focus is not on hacks or passive income, but on finishing what you start and on bringing something into the world that can actually be sustained.

The Venture Incubation Arc runs ro 20 weeks. It’s held in a small group with weekly live sessions and guided thresholds. For those inspired, we will have intention and manifestation practices for enchanting your venture.

Cohort size is intentionally limited, and application is required. Why? Because I want the Arc to be a nurturing space and deliberately curate membership to be supportive, engaging, and inspiring.

The Arc also includes:

  • Free access to The Inner Circle, Planning Membership for the duration of the Arc ($225 value) – the magical planner, the entire Circle Method curriculum, the monthly rituals, everything my planning members get (and if you are already a planning member, your Arc price will be reduced accordingly)
  • 20% off a custom-designed starter website for your venture from my1daywebsite.com ($100 value) – yes, you can have a basic website from a professional designer in only a day
  • Ongoing participation in The Chord – our post-Arc peer learning and working group: every other Thursday – forever

My Guarantee

The Arc is a container, not containment: you are free to leave at any time.

Stay as long as I am delivering value – the risk is on me.

Rejoining any Arc within a year isn’t possible, so be ready to commit.
