Once upon a time, magic was OCCULTED: secret, hidden, mysterious, abstruse. It wasn’t that long ago either.
When I started learning magic in the mid-80s…
- There were few occult shops outside of big cities
- Books were hard to find and limited in scope and topic
- Practitioners were more secretive and groups only local
- There was NO Internet (at least not in the way we have today)
But now we live in a Golden Age, right? Magic is EVERYWHERE! …and yet, that’s kind of the problem.
There are so many books and sites and influencers and chatter that it’s hard to know what’s legitimate or not. And by legitimate, I don’t mean initiatory or closed or “pure” or old… I mean effective…
Of course, you could just try everything until you find what works, but with so much out there it might take you decades.
That’s why I’m hosting a multi-day Ritual Intensive: The Enchanter’s Degree°
A four-day combination rite and intensive training for fearless, powerful enchantment.
The Enchanter’s Degree° is for you if:
- You have a lifelong curiosity about / longing for magic, but don’t know how to start
- You enchant all the time… but don’t get strong results
- You’re a competent magician, but want to kick it up to the next level
- You have a room full of expensive books and decks and oils and candles and incense… that you don’t really do much with
- You’re nervous about engaging with the spirit world or can’t tell if anyone’s really listening
- You tried a tiktok spell and it blew up / backfired / did nothing / made you feel silly
Through active ritual, cogent theory, and practical application, I will distill 4-decades of magical exploration and assessment into a path-agnostic metaphysics for practical and effective magic and initiate you into the current of spirit-instruction that has crossed boundaries of time and culture.
November 20th through 23rd, daily sessions, magically timed

And who am I?
I’m Ivy and I’ve been practicing magic and witchcraft for 4 decades now.
But length of time isn’t a guarantee of quality, and my grey hair may look stylish but doesn’t necessarily confer wisdom. So here’s a list of concrete results I’ve achieved with magic:
- Petitioned Hermes for a new career that took our household across the country and set us up to survive and thrive through the ‘08 economic crash
- Paid off $56,000 of medical debt with a 5.5 month-long sigil campaign
- Enchanted my resume to land an amazing job that took me to global destinations, first class, for free
- Built Circle Thrice from a side-hobby into my life’s purpose – using magic at every turn
- Drew together a magical network of mutual thriving in my area so I don’t have to enchant alone
- Built a spirit posse that includes small spirits and Big Gods, who I can count on to have my back, improve my outcomes, and teach me the kind of magic that doesn’t come from books
- Created the magical planner through the alchemy of astro-magic and astro-planning and used it to… well, do everything else
- Found the right teachers, information, and guides at the right time so that I can always keep learning and growing

And that was just last week! No, I’m kidding, that was over the last 2 decades (and obviously just the major highlights).
I’m not sharing this to brag – honestly! – I’m sharing this because anyone can say they know magic, but the question is what have they done with it?
What if I don’t do your kind of magic?
That’s OK! I actually do a LOT of different kinds of magic, including: traditional witchcraft, Saint bothering, Mariolatry, Hellenistic and Roman ritual, Greek Magical Papyri (PGM) work, planetary magic, sigils, knot magic, faery magic, Celtic-neoPagan stuff, Orphic initiatory practices, Kabbalah, Solomonic invocation (including Goetia), and so on – though, not all at once or all the time! I also have consulting clients with their own paths, who I still give practical magical advice to.
My goal with the rites is to stick to broad themes and beings of wide purview (like planetary Deities and invocations) and for YOU to find and connect with the teachers of magic that you need for your own path – whether that’s Jesus or Hecate. This means that even though I will be leading the rituals live, you will be participating remotely – through space/time – for your own energy and engagement.
That’s why this isn’t something you can buy and then ignore. You participate. You learn. You change.
